Data Deletion Request

What data we hold about you

If you have messaged Muralla Café on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, Muralla Socials may have stored the following data:

• Your Meta platform user ID (e.g., Instagram sender ID or Messenger PSID)
• Message content and timestamps from your conversations
• Your public display name as provided by Meta's API

We do not store payment information, passwords, or any sensitive personal data beyond the above.

How to submit a deletion request

1. By email (recommended): Send a message to vicentejoaquintirado@kua.cl with the subject "Data Deletion Request – Muralla Socials". Include any identifiers that will help us locate your data (e.g., your Instagram handle or Facebook name).
2. Via Facebook Login: If you connected to our service through Facebook Login, you can also submit a deletion request directly through Facebook. Visit your Facebook App Settings, find "Muralla Socials", and click "Remove". This will trigger a deletion request to our system automatically.

What happens after you request deletion

1. We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
2. We will delete all personal data associated with your account from our systems within 30 days.
3. We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
4. Note: Meta may retain data on their own systems per their own privacy policy. You can manage that separately through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Exceptions

In some cases we may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. In such cases, we will inform you of what data we are retaining and why.
