What data we hold about you

If you have messaged Muralla Café on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, Muralla Socials may have stored the following data:

  • Your Meta platform user ID (e.g., Instagram sender ID or Messenger PSID)
  • Message content and timestamps from your conversations
  • Your public display name as provided by Meta's API

We do not store payment information, passwords, or any sensitive personal data beyond the above.

How to submit a deletion request

  1. By email (recommended): Send a message to facebook@murallacafe.cl with the subject "Data Deletion Request – Muralla Socials". Include your Instagram handle or Facebook name so we can locate your data.
  2. Via Facebook Login: Visit your Facebook App Settings, find "Muralla Socials", and click "Remove". This will trigger an automatic deletion request.

What happens after you request deletion

  1. We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
  2. We will delete all personal data associated with your account within 30 days.
  3. We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
  4. Meta may retain data on their own systems per their own privacy policy. Manage that through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Exceptions

In some cases we may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. We will inform you of what data we are retaining and why.
