These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Muralla Socials, a social media management platform operated by Muralla SpA ("we", "us", or "our"), located in Santiago, Chile.

By interacting with Muralla Café's social media channels managed through this platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not interact with our managed channels.

2. Description of service

Muralla Socials provides automated and human-assisted social media management for Muralla Café across the following platforms:

  • Instagram (messaging, comments, content publishing)
  • Facebook Messenger (automated and human replies)
  • WhatsApp Business (transactional messaging)
  • Content embedding via the Meta oEmbed API

3. Use of Meta platforms

Muralla Socials integrates with Meta Platforms, Inc. APIs. By using our service, you acknowledge that your interactions through Meta's platforms are also subject to:

When interacting with Muralla Café's channels managed by Muralla Socials, you agree not to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or harmful content
  • Attempt to access our systems or infrastructure without authorization
  • Use our channels to violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff

5. Automated messaging

Muralla Socials may send automated replies to messages received through Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp. These automated messages are used exclusively for:

  • Acknowledging receipt of customer inquiries
  • Providing information about hours, location, or menu
  • Sending reservation confirmations and reminders
  • Responding to frequently asked questions

You may opt out of automated messaging by replying "STOP" or by contacting us directly.

6. Intellectual property

All content published by Muralla Café through Muralla Socials (photos, text, videos) remains the property of Muralla SpA or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Muralla Socials is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any Meta platform. Platform availability is subject to Meta's own terms and service conditions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muralla SpA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our managed social media channels.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.

10. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
